Dr. Saxena graduated from University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry earning her DDS degree in 2012. She Practiced in South Dakota as a sole practitioner in community based clinic for about 4 years. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty for University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Department of Out reach Dental Education.

Dr. Saxena is very passionate about continuing education and technological advancements to provide best care to her patients. She has taken additional training in Orthodontics, Dental Implantology and Invisalign. She is a firm believer in Preventative Dentistry and believes in the Adage that “Prevention is better than Cure”!! She is Passionate about her Patients Comprehensive Oral Health and Hygiene and always encourage her patients to keep their tooth healthy which can avoid extensive treatments for them!

Dr. Saxena is a active member of American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Central Texas Dental Society.

She lives in Killeen with her husband and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys Cooking, Traveling and playing with her dogs.
